Common troubleshooting for semi-automatic packaging machines:

1、 Strap handling: When the tape is stuck in the middle of the upper and lower extensions, or there is a foreign object blocking it that cannot be removed, the following measures should be taken:

1. Remove the fixed upper hexagonal screw cap and washer of the upper extension, and keep the lower hexagonal screw cap stationary;

2. Loosen the two 5mm countersunk screws on the upper and lower extension connecting shafts;

3. Remove the connecting shaft, pick up the upper extension, and remove any foreign objects that are stuck;

4. Please note that there must be a 0.5mm gap between the upper and lower nuts and the L-shaped curved plate.

2、 The packaging machine does not automatically feed:

1. Firstly, check if the "strip length adjustment" is at the "0" mark, and then check if the threading process is correct;

2. Check that LS5 is in the zero state. If the contact fails to touch the cam, it should be slightly adjusted inward;

3. Foreign objects stuck in the upper and lower extensions can be removed;

4. The width and thickness of the PP strip used are uneven;

5. The crossbar electromagnet is not working properly;

6. Circuit board feeding relay fault.
